Primary Schools

Child Protection
Costello Video is experienced in working with schools and universities and we are sensitive to the childcare responsibilities of schools and staff. Therefore, we apply our own child protection policy to all projects we undertake:
- Schools are required to confirm that parents are aware of the recording in advance.
- Costello Video personnel are required to report on arrival, prior to entering the premises, and must wear identification at all times on site.
- Costello Video personnel will not work alone with children.

Ordering
To make ordering as easy as possible, we provide smart payment envelopes to give to your students. All they have to do is complete their details and return it to school, with payment, before the date of the event.
Of course, any late orders can easily be added right up until the time of delivery, but any additional orders placed after delivery may incur a small processing fee.
